Please note that we hire individuals and service providers to take photos and videos during our events. These images and recordings are intended to document both the events themselves and the participation of individual people. For photos and videos that focus on individuals, the individuals shown have the right and the ability to notify the photographer or videographer if they do not wish to be photographed or filmed. If this is not possible, or if your request is not followed, please contact the Press and Public Relations department in writing. Our staff will then ensure that the respective images and videos are deleted. Contact: Donata aus der Wieschen (donata.ausderwieschenmuseum-ludwig.de).
We assume that all participants in our events consent to the creation and dissemination of photographs and videos for communications and publication purposes by the Museum Ludwig. This includes conventional public relations materials (flyers, brochures, posters, etc.), online communications (including social media), press relations (print and online), and publications for or by the Museum Ludwig. This consent includes the consent to make the photos and videos available for download on our websites. The consent applies in particular when the individuals involved willingly make themselves available for photography and filming, for instance by posing or looking into the camera.
By purchasing a ticket or visiting in response to an invitation, the participant consents to the recording of images and audio as well as the use and publication of such images and recordings for the purpose of public reporting on the event or the promotion of the Museum Ludwig’s services on our websites, including social media. If tickets are ordered for third parties, the buyer is required to inform the participants of these regulations.
